Our mission at TechsPerts is to be the premier technology service provider in the Midsouth.

East Memphians Pamela Hauber and Steve West started TechsPerts in August, 2004 to provide technology repair and service to the greater Memphis area. Their mission at TechsPerts is to be the premier technology service provider in the mid-south.

Steve West has over thirty years experience in the information technology field. Prior to opening TechsPerts, Steve was the Senior Vice President of Production Delivery Service for Union Planters Bank. Steve West has held Senior Management positions with IBM and several of the largest banking organizations in the country over a 25 year period. In this role, he advised the business units on the selection and implementation of all aspects of technology. Growing up in the large data center environment starting in the late 70's provided a unique opportunity and perspective. Steve has built large data centers, networks, and supported all types of systems from mainframes to thousands of servers and desktops. Since 2004, Steve has turned his attention to the Memphis small and medium business customers in the greater Memphis area.

Pamela Hauber has over 15 years experience as a National and Senior Account Manager with Fortune 200 Companies including IBM, Rolm, and Honeywell. Through her past experiences, Pamela gained extensive sales and marketing training and is now the Vice President of TechsPerts. Her responsibilities include all of TechsPerts' sales and marketing. Pamela brings her years of training to our business consulting customers and provides sales and marketing assistance. This unique service is included for all business consulting customers.
